Fast Track Hybrid allows Sterling Services to bring restaurant quality foods both made to order and packaged for convenient purchase to your facility. This can be accomplished in situations where a traditional manual food service operation is not practical or just too costly to provide.

Our Fast Track system combines Sterling’s high quality, award winning manual food service programs with a self checkout RFID (radio frequency identification) kiosk.  During peak service times foods are prepared fresh to order and then purchased through our self checkout kiosk.  Fast Track allows for the purchase of all our classic deli menu selections. This includes soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees that are prepared off sight at our deli. They are then delivered and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
