Cancellation Policy

All catered food and services are made to order. Please call our office for our cancellation policy on full service events.

In the event of a cancellation, a refund can be given if cancelled 48 hours prior to the party. We'd be more than happy to handle any changes to the order, within 24 hours notice.

Payment Policy

Large orders may require a deposit to ensure a time and date of service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the event.

Taxes

6% Michigan sales tax is added to all orders. Tax exempt organizations must provide certification prior to delivery.

Payment Terms

Sterling Services accepts most major credit cards. For those companies wishing to establish a corporate account please contact the store manager directly. Once a corporate account has been established the terms are 30 days net. Penalties and interest will accrue after  45 days. Interest is accrued at a rate of  18% annually.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Sterling Services, we will correct the order or give you a refund.
